I asked for a shower chair to accommodate for a person who is an amputee but was told they do not have shower chairs.

Rude staff, poor/no service, gave us the wrong room (booked 2 beds, but gave us a 1 bed room), refused to change the room, breakfast was disgusting, had noise violations on our floor until 4am, and hotel did nothing to solve. Expensive for what one gets. Highly recommend NOT staying here.

地理位置优越
第二次入住这家酒店。和之前（2024年6月）一样，这里干净、友好、安静。而且位置也很安全。温暖的免费饼干也是一大亮点。餐厅里的Brenda在早餐时真是个令人愉悦的宝贝！
我们入住期间下了好几英寸的雪。浴室本来可以更干净一些。我们无法打扫房间，因为没有客房服务人员。对于我们支付的价格，我们无法整理床铺、清理垃圾或更换毛巾，这令人非常失望。除此之外，住宿体验还不错。
我在入住当天遇到了紧急情况，无法入住。我被告知，无论系统如何，我仍然需要支付全额住宿费用，而且周六下午没有经理值班，无法推翻该决定。
暖气噪音非常大。因为那个声音，我半夜都睡不着觉。我问了住在这家酒店的公司的其他人，他们都抱怨同样的事情，而且淋浴的水不够热。水温勉强够暖。
