Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with extra towels, etc.

The Front desk and valet personnel were some of the friendliest we have encountered. The breakfast needs improvement. Holiday Inn Express Suites blows this breakfast away. Marriott/Residence Inn could benefit from studying them.

Front desk staff was awesome (Ima was great and so helpful). Location was really good. Room was comfortable and the roof area had great views. Really good stay.

It was an okay stay I noticed a lot of the hotels in Memphis are old and out dated just renovated.

The property was very nice. Our two bedroom suite was wonderful! And we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.

We stayed two nights and almost wanted to stay 3. The room was spacious/clean and the bed was so comfortable. We felt safe in the area and even went to the Opheum Theater one night. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

午夜过后入住时一定要小心那个办理入住的人！她简直是个噩梦！我们提前三个月就付了房费，但这位女士却让我刷信用卡，说是要付一些杂项费用。结果，我们又被收了一次房费。我给她看了收据，但她坚持说我的信用卡拒绝了这笔交易。她竟然让我再付一次钱！她还跟我争辩，我女儿在她身边都觉得不安全。当时已经是凌晨1点半了，我急需一个地方让女儿睡觉，所以很无助。凌晨1点45分，我们终于到了房间，我不得不打电话给*******解决这个问题。他们说已经给她打了5次电话，但她一直不接。想到信用卡上又要被扣1000美元，真是太让人抓狂了。我几乎一夜没睡，早上8点，我下楼去找经理。经理人很好，解释说她搞错了。他确保把费用退还给了我。然而，伤害已经造成。我再也不会住那里了！
