Water for shower was only luke warm, no coffee maker in room. Staff was very friendly & efficient.

1. Please consider upgrading your toilet tissue. For a hotel charging $200 per night, single-ply paper feels inappropriate and detracts from the overall guest experience.
2. I’ve been booking through ******* since before 2008, and your hotel was the first that refused to print a receipt at checkout, citing “third-party booking.” This was both inconvenient and surprising.
3. On the morning of checkout, around 5 a.m., I had to change rooms due to PROFUSE leaking from the ceiling. (it was so much that it woke my husband and up from SOUND sleep) While I did not expect a refund, I was disappointed that no staff member acknowledged the inconvenience or offered an apology.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience going forward.

The room was nice the pillows were flat the bathroom door looked like there was a fire in the bathroom.
I went to get ice down the hall and their were cockroaches on the floor dead and bugs also on the first floor.

Upon check in the young lady at the front desk was really nice. There was a foul smell on the 2nd floor when we arrived on the floor.

Overall staff was nice and the property was clean. We had a poor experience with a front desk employee when I reported that our AC unit went out in the middle of the night, and after reporting this first thing in the morning the response of the front counter employee was to question if we let anyone know in the middle of the night about this and she wrote our room number down. No one ever came to fix it that morning, and she had a tone of indifference to the whole situation. Our room was very hot, she acted unmoved. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or ask what could be done to improve our stay. We were at the hotel another 2.5 hoursand no maintenance person came to fix the unit. She was the employee that worked before 8AM, she had a nose ring. Sorry I didn't get her name. She doesn't need to be in customer service.

The bedding was still wet but by the time we realized it was too late and we just slept on top of the comforter

There is only 1 elevator which is a serious design flaw. On a Sunday morning between guest and housekeeping it's almost impossible to get on the elevator. You either need to wait because it's constantly full or take the stairs.

My stay was great had no problems with the hotel.
The only problem I had was with ******* check in, it took me an hour to check because ******* messed up. The check in Process is always like 10 minutes. I sat in the lobby until the hotel staff was able to resolve the problem, very inconvenient for me.
