Reserved a double queen. They put us in a king with a roll away cot. Three females traveling all over 58 didn’t appreciate the roll away cot .

I never stayed at the hotel that night. When I called to confirm this so Zip could refund my payment, I was met with rudeness and aggression. Although I still have to pay for a room I never checked into, I will never book a room with the Murfreesboro establishment again, due to the manager's rudeness.

With the cost of the room, the hotel failed to meet anly of our expectations. The hotel was very loud, hard time to sleep. The room had table and chair pushed in an area too small. hThere was no clock, how to you tell time. TEh toilet paper was located in a place that you had to reach behind you. The sheet was not properly placed on the bed and the corner of the sheet came up. Very uncomfortabe. Based on our firs stay at a double tree, it will be our last.

I had to book a last minute hotel room because of poor weeather and car issues. I checked in at 2am and had to wait about 2 hours to get a room. Staff said there was a system issue... but why would there not be another optionto check in customers late at night? I shouldnt have to wait in the lobbybthe long after a brutal drive. Plusbi was charged lotsbof money for a brief stay. I was told by management that they couldn't offer me partial refund. Im not happy at all.

Friendly & efficient staff at the front desk at both check in & check out. One of the 2 elevators was out of order so we sometimes had a long wait to go up or down. Also, it would be nice if they had more luggage carts available. We were unable to secure one when we were checking out so we had to make multiple trips from our room down to the car. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was dirty and noisy, too much construction happening. The room was clean but the floors were dirty too. I would advise not staying here until all the work is done and then scrubbed

We didn't realize the property was in the middle of renovations until after we got there. The coffee maker still had the old coffee pods in it and no new ones. Best were too firm. And you could clearly hear people in the hallway. We also didn't realize this was a pet
