The Staff was nice.. Hotel lobby and atrium area was nice.. But the room itself was dated and had spot on the ceilings and walls... It's time for some TLC to the rooms

The room had roaches on the wall and behind the curtains. Could I get a refund back on my room?

酒店回复: I am so sorry that you had bugs in your room. Usually, we would take care of you at checkout, but I did see where we were told about the issues. I can refund your parking for the problems. I will refund this, and you should see the refund within 5-10 business days.

I would give a 5 star but I’ve been waiting for my refund on the incidental charge for over 12 BUSINESS days- hence why I waited
To complete this review. I followed protocol when it didn’t return to my CREDIT card (not debit) and still nobody understands why. I do- it was processed as a charge not a hold. Despite this, everything was great. This is a little older facility but it was clean and we enjoyed it!

It was great other than the no warning of 500 kids coming in to stay. Would of been nice to have a heads up on that. Being woken up at 2am because of kids running around wasn't my ideal vaction.

酒店地理位置优越,出行便利。酒店本身也很漂亮,我们遇到的员工都非常友善。
我的房间出了点问题,马桶在我按压冲水按钮后还是会一直流水。我把这事告诉了前台的Jamie,她派了一名工程师上楼维修。当我回到房间时,马桶似乎修好了,但只要一冲水,它又会继续流。于是我再次找了她,她告诉我工程师说马桶内部的零件(我猜是浮球和链条)需要更换。因此,她建议我是否要换房间。因为我第二天早上就要退房了,所以没有换房,她提出可以免去我一半的住宿费。当她得知我是通过第三方预订的房间后,她说可以给我希尔顿的等值积分。她还免除了我的停车费。总的来说,这是一次愉快的住宿体验。我只是希望301房间的马桶问题能尽快解决,因为它一直流水好几个小时真的非常恼人,马桶无法正常蓄水也让人很困扰。
早餐很棒,欢乐时光也很好。房间非常安静。一次很棒的体验!

酒店很漂亮,但我不得不花钱叫优步,因为电话一直打不通,响了一会儿就自动挂断了。酒店明明有免费班车,我不想再花钱打车过去。
