I had a hard time at breakfast as my allergies made it very challenging. However that was not a guarantee upon my stay. I was overall pleased! Loved happy hour

We stayed for 9 nights at the Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt. The location was great, right in the heart of mid-town with plenty of bars nearby, we liked Oodies and the Stillery. With some good food options like Velvet Taco for a quick bite, or there was a great Ramen place across the road.
The shuttle bus was great - remember to tip your driver! Although the walk to downtown is fine during the day (aprox 20 mins), it wouldn't feel very safe at night. Although you can walk via the Gulch too.
The breakfast didn't provide many good vegetarian options (bacon + sausage mostly), so we didn't eat there every day.
The rooms were a great size, having the living area space for a longer stay meant some days we could still in the room more comfortably.
We went to the cocktail hour a few times, that was okay, but often we had plans which meant we missed the time.
Would recommend anyone to this hotel, great value for money for the location and facilities.

网络不稳定，除非付费升级，否则很难工作。桑拿房和热水浴缸在整个入住期间都无法使用。洗衣服务即使在规定时间前送洗也无法使用。需要多次往返前台，而不是工作人员主动上门服务。洗衣房只接受现金，需要支付4美元的取款手续费才能取到5美元的洗衣费。如果能提供支持刷卡的升级版洗衣系统就好了。工作人员态度还算礼貌。
房间里有股霉味。熨斗坏了，打电话下去换一个——他们在后面找到了一个，但说我需要自己去取，或者等到早上7点以后有人送上来。我以为可能要延长行程了，晚上8点左右去了前台，等了10分钟——终于有两个员工从后面出来……抱歉，他们不接受预订。我需要先在网上预订，然后打电话给前台，他们才能把预订信息应用到我的房间里。不用说，我决定去别的地方住……我在那里的两天感觉人手严重不足。代客泊车要到早上7点才开始，我又等了10分钟。
简直一团糟。由于酒店清洁人员不足，无法及时打扫房间，导致100多位客人直到晚上7点以后才办理入住。
