I got a wheelchair assessable shower do to a isseue with my legs. When i sat on the stool it just filded down and caused me to fall and bounce my head off the wall.

Clean but unsafe place. Every car parked on their lot in valet had their windows broken out and stuff stolen. 60.00 to park their over night and they do not keep it secure. The manager said it happens all the time.

This hotel was very nice and a great location. It was very walkable to Broadway. The staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a large selection and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

我使用了代客泊车服务。早上我们准备离开的时候，他们把车开过来，结果发现车窗被砸碎了。代客泊车经理完全没用。花了足足一个多小时才弄到一个能用的吸尘器来清理车内狼藉。之所以没花更长时间，仅仅是因为我们自己找到了客房服务员并向他们要的。他们对你的车辆不负任何责任，而且把车停在不安全的地方。我们被告知，那个车库里车辆被砸已经有一段时间了。最后，他们免除了我们60美元的停车费（考虑到我不得不支付200美元，将近300加元，这点补偿简直是杯水车薪）。我绝不会再住这家酒店了。
不过，前台员工和客房服务人员都非常愉快和乐于助人。
