Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours.
Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

The rooms are nice. My only complaint was the $30 resort fee which i am still not sure i got an offset for the two places that it can be used. Its not a resort and given the all in hotel cost is $400 or more, not fair. Also most Marriott have a coffee station in the morning if they are going to charge this much, plan on paying $7 for lukewarm coffee.

Left my Detroit Lions Sweatshirt in Little Fib restaurant on the back of the chair, went back and it was gone, asked the staff, , bartender said check front desk ,not found went beack and asked again, very upset with staff not looking for it a little harder

Amazing hotel - a standing location, service, and lovely rooms. It’s my go to place in Nashville and I really love it.

Well…we didn’t have coffee, room wasn’t cleaned on our second day stay, and my sister also booked through ******* and was told by ******* and hotel that there was no room available after she drove 51/2 hours. Btw: she paid the full amount. ******* offered reimbursement but no hotel reservations alternatives and blamed hotel. Hotel offered no alternatives and blamed *******. She returned home spoiling our weekend to celebrate her husband’s 65th bday and my 60th bday.

Not worth the price
Hotel is conveniently located. For the price we paid, I would have expected fresh coffee to be complimentary. Everything at the hotel was overpriced. Room was fine but nothing special.

Bathroom was disgusting shower was barely workable shower handle was broken and rigged up definitely not an experience you would think would cost this much per night Ive seen better motel rooms than this one stay clear of this place Ive been duped for the last time
