酒店回复: Thank you Sarah for your response. We thank you for letting us know about the fridge, however unfortunately you had it on low so that is why it was freezing cold. As for the shelf, we could not see a missing one unfortunately. All our windows have locks on them for security. Thank you again for your business.
酒店回复: Good morning Vicki, I have investigated your complaint and noted in our maintenance book your issue was noted, the hot water system was checked by the plumber and they have found no issues with the hot water to the room you were in. The only thing we can think of was it might of taken a bit longer to come on if all the rooms in the same block were using it at once, but I can assure you there is defintely hot water in the room. I was not made aware of your issue at the time otherwise I would have addressed it whilst you were in house. Management

Unfortunately we only have fridges that fit under benches, which only have a standard size freezer, quite common throughout motels. We are more than happy to store guests food in our larger freezers if requested. Hope to see you again on your travels.

Beautifully clean rooms, comfy bed & nice surrounding gardens. Staff friendly & efficient. Only down side was that the restaurant was closed.

This is a delightful motel with lovely helpful staff. We were a late arrival and everything was well organised for us to pick up our keys after hours. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Can highly recommend this motel.

The perfect place to stay. Mum and I also enjoyed both Breakfast and Dinner at the motel. Full credit to the meals.
房间非常干净，地理位置也很好，安静不吵，唯一美中不足的地方是晚上没人上班，必须白天到。
员工很友好也很乐于助人。地理位置好，离商店很近。
床和淋浴都很干净。
浴室地板很脏，床头板上的画框积了厚厚的灰，我不得不自己擦干净，免得睡觉时吸入灰尘。
房间有微波炉和烤面包机，但奇怪的是没有盘子或餐具。
地理位置不错。房间整洁。家具和电视需要更新，冰箱也需要更新，因为冰箱门上没有架子，所以不能存放牛奶等，而且冰柜不能用。床很舒服，但两天早上 2:30 都有人在外面聊天。窗户上的纱窗也需要更新，以确保安全。早餐客房服务是个加分项。工作人员很有礼貌。
我们根本没法洗澡，因为没有热水，我们联系前台时只收到了道歉。我们来这里参加婚礼，没法洗澡，没法清爽一下。我想如果能提供其他地方让我们洗漱的话我们会很高兴，但什么都没有。这些年来我住过很多酒店，总能洗个热水澡
这里环境优美，安静，离商店或食品店不远。如果餐厅能再次开业就好了。冰箱再大一点就好了，这样来自西部的人就可以冷冻杂货带回家。但不一定所有房间都有
订了两张特大单人床，结果却订了一间标准间，里面有一张大号床和一张单人床，我觉得价格贵了 40 美元左右
我们圣诞节在这里过得很愉快。工作人员非常友善，在我们需要任何帮助时，他们总是乐于助人。
