They were renavating the lobby. There was dust on everything . Worst of all there was no breakfast or COFFEE. I stayed there so we could get something to eat quickly.

The staff was Wonderful. The room was great, really clean.
My only complaint is that the hotel is under renovation. I booked and paid for this hotel, specifically, because it had a pool. I was super disappointed that due to renovations there was no access to pool and no breakfast. I would have picked another hotel to celebrate my birthday if i had known. Other than that, i really enjoyed my stay and i will book there again.

Pros:
The woman at check in was very kind courteous, and informertive. She even came upstairs to fix our television that was not opreable, within 5 minutes of making the call to the front desk.
Cons:
The room was clean, however the bathroom was not completely clean.
Remodeling was in place so there was no breakfast being offered. Which was not stated before arrival.
The room is completely dated.

I was cold I turn the heat on then would automatically turn off and never turn on again after doing that several times I left really early the next day

Couldn’t take a shower no hot water. Then the AC unit leaked water all night and water was half way through the room which wet my muggy and clothes.

We received a call 30 minutes before arriving after booking a month in advance that they had no room for us with 2 beds. Did not apologize did not explain other than they close their bookings the day of and had no room for us.
