We stay at this hotel each time we come back to visit family. Maryann at the front desk is the most AWESOME person and always remembers us. I can't say enough about her. All positive. Renovations are very nice and were past due. Parking on Saturday night was an issue with full hotel. Otherwise a great stay.

Accessible. Clean. Secure. Close to the beaches and not too far from Boston and Portsmouth NH. Great location. And nice place for Canadians visitors who will always feel welcome with a « bonjour » , « merci « and « bonne journée « from a friendly staff.

我们提前半小时到达，工作人员非常热情周到，帮我们提前办理了入住。
然而，当我们进入房间后，却发现只有一张大床。我回到前台解释了这个简单的错误，但他们告诉我，*******经常这样对待顾客。他们会伪造预订了两张床的假象，但实际上会安排酒店所有可用的房间。他们无法帮我们换到预订的房间。
当我们致电*******表达对预订体验的不满时，他们并没有提供任何帮助。他们回复短信很简短，只是让我定期查看电子邮件以获取后续回复。
房间非常拥挤，我们无法入住所需的房间。如果早知道会有这种情况，我会直接通过酒店网站预订。
