I spent one night at this above average moderately priced hotel just off the main highway. My room, 408, was perfect. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable with decent pillows and it came with a real breakfast that was complementary. Rather than the usual crappy budget hotel breakfast, this one you a coupon to use at the attached restaurant. If I were ever passing through the city again, I would definitely stay here.

Hotel was really nice, quiet and the room was great. The front clerk was amazing and gave us several great recommendations for this to do and where to eat.

Not impressed prob worst one I have stayed in a long period of hotel stays as well equip not working on arrivals in suite rooms? This is so unacceptable maintenance man did inspect really another room should have been offered. Just disappointed for a 250/ night room and being a diamond member.

After years of staying here the appearance is dwindling, parking lot is in shambles. Beds are way too outdated and continental breakfast is in the restaurant and not as convenient for the working man to just grab a plate of food.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful upon check in and also check out. This was a business trip for one of my employees who had a signed authorization on file to charge meals to the room, and they refused to even look it up, making him pay out of pocket.

Dirty room, room service incomplete, front desk people no solution nor resolution for your issues. Breakfast options are very insulting for long stay customers. It is just not worth it the money they charge, even when company pays for you!
