房间很大,行李多也摊得开。
设备是我见过最齐全的,厨房用品一应俱全,锅碗瓢盆和色拉盆等等。特别是房间里洗衣机和烘干机独用,还贴心地给了二个洗衣球,太方便了。
在线办理入住的网站体验实在是太糟糕了,简直是史上最差。一开始我根本找不到入住的选项。加上洛矶山脉地区糟糕的网络信号,这次入住体验真是雪上加霜。不过,酒店本身非常棒,地理位置也很好,为我们一家人准备好了一切所需,非常完美。
酒店总体来说还不错,适合家庭出游居住,房间内配备了全套的厨房用具及歺具,还配备了洗衣机和干衣机,只是入住时电梯坏了,提行李还得爬楼梯。
环境地点都很不错
新婚之夜毁了!!
住在奥罗拉大厦。电梯坏了,所以我穿着婚纱,被指示要穿过一系列走廊,走进并穿过停车场,然后穿过他们正在施工的楼梯间(结果很脏),楼梯间搭起了脚手架,挡住了一半的楼梯间,你不得不(穿着婚纱)绕过去。现在婚纱也毁了。停车场和楼梯间都脏死了。看评论,电梯坏了两个多月了!!!你在开玩笑吧?!之后我想出去,但没能出去,因为即使给出了长长的导航指示,我也不知道怎么出去,他们也会让我穿着婚纱坐在车库里哭,再也找不到我的房间了。也许我应该那样做,那样他们才会关心我!
而且他们提前几个月就知道是新婚之夜了,因为在入住说明里写着是新婚之夜,我要求延迟退房,结果他们回复说他们不办理提前入住(显然他们的阅读理解能力也很差)。
我还去“提前入住”了一次(把所有需要的信息都告诉了他们,这样婚礼结束后就不用再去了),因为预订的时候是我先订的。我不确定在婚礼拍照前会不会派人去拿钥匙,结果婚礼当天他们好像什么都不知道,结果婚礼当晚又得重来一遍,真是浪费我的时间。我们花了那么多钱,他们却毁了我们的新婚之夜,一个如此特别的、只有一次的夜晚。
这家酒店位置便利,建筑外观迷人。电梯似乎从三月就坏了(我们六月份住的)。搬着行李爬几层楼梯很不容易。噪音很大,难以入睡,半夜时分,孩子们在楼与楼之间尖叫。酒店很干净,但设施陈旧。
我们的房间位于船头小屋的主楼层。露台外面就有通风系统。我们不能坐在露台外面,因为露台是房间的一部分。恒温器只能调到20度。由于外面噪音太大,窗户打不开,而且窗户插销坏了。吹风机也坏了,电线裸露在外……存在火灾/电气隐患。以后不会再住这里了。黑石山小屋好多了!
坡道和钥匙出入问题
一切都很顺利,但我们的门禁密码失效了,这导致了很多问题。
停车场的坡道需要维修,行李车无法轻松送达电梯,这需要四个人共同努力。当我们到达门口时,由于机械故障,密码失效了。唯一的解决办法是使用酒店钥匙,这意味着四个成年人整个周末都在进行不同的活动,只能使用同一把钥匙。这在后勤方面确实很困难。这给原本愉快的入住体验蒙上了一层阴影。
请务必修好电梯/停车场坡道,以确保所有客人都能顺利出入。
这些年来,我们在这里住过超过15次,而我们住的C 211房间是我们见过最糟糕的。厨房地板中间的瓷砖脱落了,我被一块绊倒了。沙发和椅子的坐垫剥落磨损严重。我向前台反映过这些情况,他们说会通知工作人员。他们说,是否更换坐垫由套房主人决定,如果他们不更换,就让他们保持原样,然后按原价预订房间。请注意,他们给我们安排的房间和你们网站上发布的照片完全不一样。
公寓非常漂亮宽敞。根据我们的经验,下午4点才能入住,早上10点就必须退房。如果您只住一两晚,这会对价格造成一些影响。停车场只能停一辆车,其他车辆则需要停在街上。
