They did not have any king bed rooms even though that’s what we reserved. There’s 3 professional sports games in Boston today/tomorrow so there are not any open rooms anywhere in town. We got 2 queens instead of a king.

My girlfriend woke up sick and we had to cancel our plans and I couldn't get a refund for the room.

The breakfast was ok. Same as any Motel that gives free breakfast. The car park needs some repairs. The room was poor. The carpet was very old worm and discoloured. The shower valve meeds replacing. The same applies to the load AC in the room. The room was clean and the bed seemed clean. Granted its a very old property, and some repairs seems necessary or a face lift to the property.

I was extremely disappointed because I specifically reserved a king room online. When I arrived, I was told that only rooms with two queens were available. In fact, I was told that the entire portion of the building where the kings would be located was closed for renovations. When I asked why I was able to reserve the room, I was told that the room is "technically" available, even though no one would be placed there because it has no heat. This feels like bait and switch to me; the rooms are either available or not. As an accommodation, the staffer placed me on the "members only" floor, which meant only that there was a bottle water and bag of microwave popcorn in the room. It was phenomenally disappointing. In retrospect, it would have been nice to have at least be offered coupon for free breakfast or something.
