Room was great. Bathroom was a little dirty. There were black hairs on the shampoo dispenser ( I’m bald) and hairs in the tub. Also looked like there was mold in the ceiling on the shower. Love the property except for the train that seemed to right outside the window. I know it’s not the hotels fault but if your a light sleeper ask for a room facing the front lot .

The bathtub faucet started leaking after my husband took a shower. The internet told me there is a hot tub - not true.
The internet said there is a restaurant and bar - not true.

Sad about this place,the room was dirty, The bathroom was dirty and there was hair on the floor, and the furniture was dusty from a long time ago,
The photos show the hot tub, but it's deactivated; they should update it.

Our stay at was very nice. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The hotel is very clean and located in a convenient area for shopping and dining out.
还行，吃住都比较方便，尤其可以自己做饭。在美国有较高性价比，在495高速边上，自驾交通很方便，比比波士顿西边其他residence inn价格低点
一进房间，我们就闻到一股很浓的湿狗味。和前台说了之后，他们承认知道这个房间有问题。他们提出给我们换房间。但因为我们到得比较晚，而且一整天都在赶路，很累了，行李都打开了，所以就选择留下了。第二天我们和总经理谈了，她给我们全额退款了。
不友好的房间
停车场前门附近只有一个残疾人专用停车位。
房间布局不太好。
厨房区域没有灯。
床灯和桌灯没有照亮房间
浴室的通风扇声音很大。
马桶浮球并不总是工作，水会继续流出。
浴室内有扶手，这不利于残疾人使用。我租房间时被告知房间有步入式/无障碍淋浴间，还有浴缸
尽管整个星期每天早上都通风，但房间里有股难闻且闷热的气味。气味可能是由于整个公寓的潮湿地毯造成的。
浴缸里的水龙头24/7都在滴水，听着很烦人。
公寓真的很吵，你可以听到邻居和楼上的声音——尤其是当人们洗澡的时候。床很好，睡起来很舒服。
早餐还可以，但工作人员不是很热情，也没有服务意识。
该地区很好，附近有几个吃饭的地方。
停车也可以，而且总是有车位。
房间宽敞，配有冰箱和炉灶，方便您在酒店用餐。非常干净。唯一的就是一股淡淡的烟味。早餐非常好。
