Overall a good experience. A little too loud in the early morning with doors slamming. Also was not happy pool was out of order. Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool.

Extra bed set up at the door,blocked our way to enter the room.We asked to leave only mattress for my kid,they said that's whole set,can not separate,finally they took it out .So confused arrangements.
The breakfast lady no smile,my kid wanted to open the tray lid to take some sausages,but it's too high to open,two ladies stood there to see him,no any help for him,I had to stand from table to help him.Thst's fine,it's parents duty.
The room bed too soft,not comfortable to back.
The Gym and swimming pool are wonderful,the staff is friendly.
The front door coffee and water are convenient.

My wife did not want to stay after seeing the room, which appeared cheap and shabby. We immediately checked out and moved to a Courtyard by Marriott. I was willing to lose the money I paid for the Hampton Inn. Very disappointing experience.

开车去莱诺克斯和坦格伍德很方便……停车位充足。最后一刻订到了房间，前台服务很周到，确保房间已经准备好。丈夫入住时很高兴收到一块饼干！
房间里有咖啡机，而且包含美味的自助早餐，一直很喜欢。
抵达时前门锁着。半夜左右到房间，凌晨1点30分左右睡觉，3个小时后有人打开房门，砰的一声锁上，又敲了三次。然后电话响了，问我们是谁，说房间里没有登记任何人。谢谢你，让我睡得这么糟糕！
我们入住期间电梯坏了。我们提前收到通知，有机会取消预订。虽然房间在二楼，但问题不大。房间干净整洁，提供免费早餐，员工友善，这些都弥补了不便。
一些浴室设备老旧生锈。只需稍微翻新一下一些便宜的配件，就能让房间看起来维护得很好。工作人员非常出色，友好又专业。早餐区维护得很好，一尘不染。
克里斯真是太棒了！我在这里住过几次，员工总是很棒，酒店也总是很干净。不过话说回来，酒店确实该翻新一下了，因为磨损太严重了。
