The hotel could use a deep cleaning. Some mornings coffee was available other mornings it was not. Beds were comfortable and the area the hotel is located was a safe.

Hotel was clean, room was very clean but the common areas could use rug cleaning. Bed and linens were comfortable. Staff was friendly. A few lights were out in the parking area right by the door, made it sketchy at night especially when I was alone.

Gotta pay for parking. In the middle of my stay the hotel was being sold and being told there would be two separate charges and NOTHING disclosed that or I wouldn’t have chose this stay. The receptionist at night was RUDE when I had to check out at an odd hour for my flight

Checked in late and the room was freezing cold. Turned up heat a couple of degrees and it’s like I turned on a sauna. I got blasted with heat. And couldn’t fall back to sleep. Turned it back down a few degrees and it turned into an ice box and I was freezing. Spent all night adjusting the temp up and down a few degrees and it never reached a comfortable temp. Coffee maker in the room diddnt brew after multiple tries. No coffee offered in the lobby either. Asked to speak with manager before leaving In the morning and was told they were too preoccupied with a travel group at the moment. Clean hotel and room but did not adhere to my comfort for a good night sleep.
