After I checked in, I asked about the breakfast and they told me it was temporarily unavailable. Proceeded to my room on the second floor, one of the elevators was broken so we had to go to the only one that did work and that one was very dirty. The second floor had construction debris at the end of the hallway where our room was. The ceiling tiles are dirty and gross. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls in the room did not match what I reserved here on Orbitz.
I went down to the desk and had to argue with three different people and show them on my phone at the room that they gave me was not the room that I paid for after about 5 to 10 minutes of going back-and-forth. They finally gave me a room on the third floor. That room was clean.
It’s a shame that this hotel is portrayed in the photos and online and way better condition than it currently is. As a frequent user of this app I feel like I was misled.

We also have construction work in non-guest areas, and one of our two elevators is under maintenance, which was mentioned at check-in, with instructions to use the other elevator.Regarding the room, there was a misunderstanding about the reservation, and after reviewing it, we confirmed that we had provided the room type booked online. The place was under construction (which wasn’t disclosed when we booked), there was zero breakfast available (advertisement said there would be, and the rooms didn’t seem clean and had a smell.

Will never stay again! After driving for several hours on Thanksgiving day,.. arrived at hotel @12:30ish,.. empty parking lot,.. very unfriendly man checking us in,.. wouldn't let us go to our room, unless we paid $15.00!!!!!! NEVER heard of this! We come to hotels a lot in this are,..they always let us in the room,.. especially,.. when room is ready! Things broken in the room,..in hallways, wires hanging from the ceilings,..so dangerous,.. VERY unfriendly front desk workers. Kind of an unkept hotel.They advertise breakfast,....NONE!! Never will stay again!! 😞

The bed (and the bedding) were both extremely comfortable!! My room came with a small microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a single-serve coffeemaker. There was also a set of glass sliders that opened onto a small, private patio.
This hotel recently changed hands, so unfortunately the new owners did not serve any breakfast, when I was there. I stayed 4-nights, but no one from Housekeeping ever came to clean my room. No trash pick-up, no restocking of any in-room coffee pods or cream & sugar packets, etc..
Hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of self-parking onsite, lobby area has ample and comfortable seating, with a large, flat-screen TV and fireplace. This hotel is al pet- friendly
