Solid place to stay. Place was generally clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Nothing fancy about this place but it was comfortable and felt safe.

I was changing my booking per their request by canceling the current, I accidentally selected for a same day booking at 540pm. I called immediately after my mistake as we did not have the extra money to waste on a room we couldn’t stay in. I was met by a rude costumer service agent. I was transferred to the front desk who was unable to help me due to a 3rd party booking. My ******* agent tried to get me a refund or date change as this was what I was trying to do. The property was so unwilling to bend they refused to give a refund or move the date of my booking. I will never book through this hotel again due to the costumer service I was met with and will tell others of my experience.

我们这次住得很愉快。房间非常干净，淋浴间没有黑霉，地毯和家具上也没有污渍。孩子们很喜欢游泳池。前台员工非常好，不过早上负责准备免费早餐的员工可以再和蔼一点。
房间非常好，很建议，买点东西回来自己煮，很方便
前台服务非常好，酒店非常干净，员工也很友善。设施也很棒。肯定会再次入住！
房间很脏，所有家具和地毯都沾满了污渍和黏糊糊的污渍，由于缺乏清洁，无法享受客厅/厨房的便利，卧室电视频道有限，浴室也只能说还行，不算太好。下次我会找一家更好的酒店，我以为因为是希尔顿酒店，所以会很不错，结果我错了。
再也不来了。
我们必须自己铺床……沙发床实在不实用，比我们以前体验过的床更不舒服。
