The biggest issue was our room was changed to a king size bed with a pull out instead of the two queens we reserved.
We were told they overbooked.
I don't understand why a reservation is not exactly what you requested.

There were fruit flys in the room. I found some trash under the sink in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful even when the fire alarm went off(false alarm/non-emergency)

The carpeting was filthy, especially the elevators. Rust stains on the bathroom walls from the grab bars. Soiled and missing tiles on the walls in common areas. Overall, the entire facility is in desperate need of an upgrade.
