The hotel was very clean and inviting. Smelled real nice too. Very comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. Only thing didnt like is having to park on the other side of the parkong lot far from the hotel. When we got back aroind 6:30 there wasnt a parking spot near the hotel. I think a lot of people parked there for the restaurant next door. But that was minor. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Door to room was not very secure when leaving the room. Out side door card reader was not working so had to block door when loading luggage.

It was a really good and clean place to stay
这家酒店本身并没有什么特别之处，总体来说我的入住体验还算愉快，只有一个明显的例外。我们当时正在新英格兰地区度假，带了一个装满纪念品和礼物的大而沉的礼品袋。客房服务人员拿走了它，当我们发现它不见了时，他们声称客房服务人员以为里面的东西是垃圾。但袋子里的所有东西都是全新的，而且里面根本没有垃圾。
起初，酒店员工似乎很抱歉，但除了允许我使用他们的垃圾压缩机翻找之外，他们没有提供任何帮助或解决方案。第二天，在我稍微坚持了一下之后，他们同意根据我能提供的收据赔偿我袋子里物品的费用。仅此而已，没有一句“对不起，我们会确保此类事件不再发生”，没有进一步的补偿，也没有承诺对客房服务人员进行审查或培训，只是悄悄地把这件事掩盖过去。整个过程感觉很不靠谱，说实话，我觉得自己被酒店员工的某些不正当手段骗了。
除此之外，酒店设施还算干净整洁，管理得也不错。以后度假旅行我不会再选择假日酒店了。

手机无法充电——所有延长线不知何故都被拔掉了，估计是上一位客人留下的；虽然这不是通常需要检查的地方，但检查一下设备是否正常工作或许是明智之举（例如，这也意味着灯不亮——这可以通过测试灯来发现）。
位置非常偏僻（在高速公路上很难看到，尤其是在晚上）。
绝对是我住过的最差的假日酒店！火警警报一直响，没有微波炉，浴室里弥漫着一股尿骚味，孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去，墙壁又脏又脏，积满了灰尘，连白漆都看不见了。人们大声喧哗，尖叫着，敲打着也不知道在敲什么。电线散落在地板上，非常不安全。更别提酒店里那股霉味了，简直糟透了。
我不喜欢酒店里有人居住，孩子们在走廊里乱扔垃圾，就那样躺着，还有人进进出出。更别提臭虫了，我身上到处都是咬痕……太糟糕了。作为一家假日酒店及套房，我本以为会更好。我回家的时候胳膊肿了，身上到处都是咬痕。真是太恶心了。
浴室门背面有血迹，给我的备用毯子上还有一块可疑的红点。踢脚板上和水槽上/后面到处都是污垢。真是太恶心了。
他们不打扫房间，房间里什么都不能用，也没有微波炉，你得跑到楼下去吃饭。
