The room was very clean we stayed here because we wnt to Salem for a day. This hotel is only 15 min drive from Salem.

Place was fine. I did not like that i had to pay $3.85 a night for parking and $50 a night for a deposit. I have never had to do this at any place i have stayed.

When we entered the room, there was toothpaste splatter on the mirror from previous guest. The shower was dirty. There was hair in the bed not just a strand it was several strands of hair in the bed. Stains on the sheets did not seem clean. the breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs didn’t taste like real eggs. The sausage was slimy and warm undercooked the lemonade tasted like water. My daughter grabbed a chocolate milk and it was expired. I didn’t like that they charge $50 on my credit card before we even needed to my son came down and grabbed some water from the convenience Store. She asked for the room number and that’s all. So now anyone could go down take some things from the convenience store and give any room number than they wanted to, and they would never chec. the staff behind a desk were very polite and friendly.

There was no hot water to shower. ******* did not help me dispute this with property, but expected for me to pay for the room.

Room was not available tol 430, breakfast was cheap food and over cooked, the pool was unavailable, even after calling previously and. Eing assured the pool was available

I am very upset the hot tub and pool were closed. I have written an email about a partial refund based on this and have not received any communication

The best part of staying here was Maya at the front desk. She was amazing through our entire stay. The first room we got was one with a dirty bathtub and she immediately changed our room. The next day there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. Our last and final day our toilet over flowed into our room. Maya immediately came up with towels and let us use the room next door to shower. The hotel said they would compensate us for all the problems which was lovely. However, we are having a hard time with ******* getting that refund. Many issues with ******* for the booking.

我们住了四晚，房间一次都没打扫过。最后一晚，我们不得不自己去要卫生纸和毛巾，因为根本没人补充。房间对面正在施工，事先却没有任何通知。他们还停水一天，同样没有任何通知。酒店位置很方便，因为我们是来塞勒姆旅游的，但酒店实在太破旧了。
