We observed that the housekeeping staff made an extra effort to make the bathroom (towels, shampoos etc.) cozy & comfortable. We did notice that the lighting in the room was too low, even the lamps = difficult to read a book. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We were put on a floor which was in the process of renovations. There was no flooring in the hallways. This was very disappointing. The fridge in our room was not working properly. The breakfast was mediocre with no fresh fruit to be found during our four day stay. On a positive note the bed was comfortable.

My own fault, I was late for breakfast, but stilll within the time frame, eggs were gone, none available, no 'to go' cups. Had some trouble with door opener.
I enjoyed my stay otherwise and will return.

Best place to stay in Camrose!
Its the best place to stay in Camrose! The staff is amazing, thry do anything they can to be of assistance. The hotel is clean, efficient, has a good breakfast and nice breakfast room. Many choices girctyoes of rooms including a gorgeous upgrade "Honeymoon Suite." They have a pool and hottub. Whats not to like?
