住宿体验一般

没有朝外的窗户,而且有股霉味。
我儿子对没有遮光窗帘感到不满。
我对无障碍浴室不太满意,我们根本不需要。
工作人员很友好,但住宿体验并不愉快。
员工友好且知识渊博——非常乐于助人且专业——我们入住期间(周三至周六,9月3日至9月7日),Sage and Company 的早班工作人员/服务员非常细心友好,Suwion 的晚班接待员也非常专业、周到且友好。总而言之,入住体验非常棒。

他们显然超额预订了,所以我没能订到我预订的房间。他们提供免费早餐,但没有折扣。泳池里客人的问题很多,但工作人员在两天里都没有采取措施解决。大约有20到25个无人看管的孩子在水滑梯上跳来跳去,扰乱了其他使用泳池的客人。
