Our room was very clean and the maid service had even crafted towels into a rabbit and a heart. The only criticism we have is the placement of the soap dispenser which is too far from the faucet.

Jamie at front desk was welcoming w a great smile. Had key ready in a snap! Nice room … haven’t gone down to breakfast yet but expecting it to be top notch!

Very clean and comfortable room. The bus transfer into Nashville was very handy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

前台工作人员都很友好，但清洁人员完全不会说英语。清洁工作做得并不好……感觉每个房间都是圆的——每个角落都积满了灰尘和污垢，我们在地毯上发现了食物残渣和几只死蜘蛛。总之，这家酒店远不如我们住过的其他地方。
早餐很棒，地理位置优越，而且比住在纳什维尔市中心更实惠。我来这里只是为了在布鲁克林露天剧场看一场演唱会，只待了一晚。到市中心只需要15-20分钟。地理位置非常好。
房间宽敞干净，床很舒服，早餐很棒，咖啡也特别好喝。毛巾卷得太乱了，我更喜欢折叠好的毛巾。价格有点贵，但考虑到我们要去大奥普里剧院，也算是奢侈了。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店。员工非常友好，酒店也很安静干净。
