Out of town views.
I was there for the NFL game. (Rams vs Titans)
The room was a nice size and the shower works well. The employees were helpful and kind. Commuting back and forth in the area was not bad at all.

Nice hotel
Check in was made easy with the help of Desarea, as I had goofed up our reservation. She was so helpful and understanding of our error and was a delight talking to her.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was OK. Elevator was broken and ice machine on floor was broken. Other than that. It was good value for the money.

Poor customer service
I am a 68 year old women, (over weight, 3 bulging disks and foot problem. I stayed 3 nights. On Saturday I find out elevator is broke. I'm on second floor and can't walk stairs. I tell front desk im leaving next morning at 5:30 am. They tell me to call front desk and they will help with luggage. Next morning no answer on front desk phone. I go down and clerk goes I can't help you. I said I can't carry bags downstairs and she goes "Oh well". Last time I ever stay at one of there hotels

我入住后遇到了一些房间问题。房间很冷，我去了前台，结果前台工作人员三四十分钟都没出现，因为客人都在等，其他人也在找房间。前台工作人员的行为举止有些古怪，作为一名万豪会员，这种感觉有时很不舒服。我仔细检查了房间，发现床头灯坏了，枕套上有食物污渍。地毯很糟糕，需要清洗。
晚上11点值班的新前台工作人员甚至惊讶地发现，之前的前台工作人员不在，前台也无人值守。感谢Cora看到了我的记录并寄给了我。我需要尽快提供更好的服务，或者让万豪给我打电话。

没人告知停车费是每天15美元。我们三楼的房间里有蚂蚁。工作人员态度很好，但没有喷洒杀虫剂。他们确实提出帮我们换房间，但说从来没有人抱怨过蚂蚁。墙里肯定有蚂蚁！我们整个入住期间都看到过！我们还看到了一只相当大的蜘蛛。
