Great convenance & access to Ryman theatre & the *****. Quiet clean rooms. I would definitely book there again if we come back to Nashville.

The service from Olivia was great, and the valet guys were amazing. Also, the hotel is beautiful and has a great ambiance. Highly recommend it

Staff was great and property was nice and clean. Close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. The only issue was there was only one valet worker so it took over 30 minutes to get our car.

来纳什维尔参加婚礼期间住在这里。地理位置优越，靠近百老汇，无论步行、开车还是打优步都很方便。工作人员友好热情。我们很喜欢大堂里的星巴克。我们的抱怨是：代客泊车服务非常贵，而且他们叫车的网站/应用程序也经常出问题。从沙发到床，所有家具都不太舒服，所以我们没怎么睡。纳什维尔市中心的酒店虽然很贵，但我觉得不值我们花的钱。我宁愿多花点钱住别的地方，住更舒适的房间。
酒店很漂亮，步行到莱曼只需5到8分钟。房间很干净，房间里有瓶装水，代客泊车也很方便。工作人员和代客泊车员都非常热情友好，乐于助人。
房间非常干净，整体状况良好。无论是建筑还是改造，工艺都非常精湛。
工作人员非常友好、专业、知识渊博，并且乐于助人。
位置很棒！！唯一的缺点是酒店附属的餐厅，不能累积万豪奖励。只能在外带茶水间享用。
睡不好
空调直接吹到床上。不得不关掉它，但房间又太热了。晚上睡不好，这就是我们住在那里的原因。
