This location was not very well taken care of. The outside was nasty and had trash everywhere, especially around the pool area. Beds were uncomfortable, staff were non existent, I literally didn’t see anyone that worked there. I guess when you are the only game in town you don’t have to try very hard. Breakfast also looked terrible, the eggs were sitting in a bath of water and the bacon was overcooked. Would not stay here again.

The Hampton Inn Tullahoma has undergone a transformation. The spacious rooms are now updated and nicely renovated. The breakfast buffet featured a selection of favorites, including a waffle maker, oatmeal with toppings, and mouthwatering mini scones. The coffee was freshly brewed and plentiful. My family had a wonderful stay.

I chose this hotel because of the outdoor swimming pool. When I came there was no pool. Pool was already closed with dirty rainy water inside. Big disappointment.

The place was fine and they were upgrading the rooms very nice... but on a Saturday the construction people woke me up by working at 7am then worked all day until 8pm... it was terrible

When I checked in yesterday they said your credit card was declined. I had to pay again for my room. I will be disputing your charge on my credit card.

This was a pretty poor experience. Despite calling ahead that I would be checking in early, the staff had marked me as a no show, then when I did check in, they gave me a room with no AC on a floor under construction. The room had not been cleaned and had the trash of the previous tenant. In addition, the fitness center had a nonfunctional treadmill. The staff was unhelpful to fix any of these concerns.
