Check in and check out was effortless and the staff was excellent. Lots of luggage carts to help with loading and unloading. Super clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Entire stay was good. Only problem was the elevator door does NOT stay open very long. It caught my arm caused a good size skin tear. The large bandaid that my wife had packed was not large enough. We had to go to the store to purchase larger bandages.

There was a huge cockroach in our room. Mold on the shower head. The towels, wash cloths, hand towels had stain spots. The breakfast room area was very dirty…..the floor was sticky with syrup, the food counter was littered, the attendant told us there were no eggs left (at 8:15 a m), although the desk clerk told her to bring out more.
Very disappointed….Hampton Inn is NOT what Hampton Inn used to be.

Morning lady was a bit rude but the afternoon and evening staff were over the top excellent employees!

They canceled our room without asking if the problem coukd be resolved. I had a new card because previous one was stolen.

Well,unfortunately for the amount of money paid I would think the accommodations would be up to code/better.
1. The fire alarm is hanging from the ceiling with wires cut and sticking out.
2. Large hole in the back of the bathroom door.
3. Rust stain in the tub.
4. Broken toilet seat.
5. The shower head is popped off the wall with rust around.
6. Broken tile in the entry
7. Wall paper pealing off the wall in the bathroom.
8. Bathroom door hardware does not lock.
My wife took a shower with her sandals on because the bathtub looks unsanitary.

I paid through ******* but they charged my credit card that I gave for incidentals for the room that was already paid for. They did charge the 40$ and repaid it back but also charged 233.00 for a room I paid for. Not happy and I called about this I will try calling again watch when you give credit card to use for incidentals they will charge you extra.

酒店很陈旧，浴室的瓷砖不见了，露出了地基。地毯上有污渍。我住过很多次汉普顿酒店，这是我住过的最差的一家。
早餐质量差。除此之外，价格合理。我们被迫购买“便利费”，但我们不想要，也没有使用。
