我和妻子入住艾迪生的文艺复兴酒店时，感觉一如既往地棒极了。我们每次来这里都会住这家酒店，因为这里的食物美味，房间干净宽敞，服务也一流。我要特别感谢前台的Arthur，他非常友善，也很专业。我已经住这家酒店很多年了，他知道我和我妻子的名字，而且总是把我们照顾得无微不至。由于那天晚上客房服务很忙，Arthur甚至帮我安排了客房送餐服务，以确保我在客房服务关门前拿到餐食。非常感谢Arthur和全体员工！谢谢！
房间干净宽敞，这是一家活动酒店，也是航空公司的中转酒店，咖啡厅还不错，没有自动售货机，步行距离内有很多餐厅，健身房还可以，游泳池还可以，没有代客停车，行李员也有限
很失望，我以为我预订的是普莱诺的万丽酒店，那家酒店太棒了。艾迪生……整个酒店都有一股异味。我的房间
闻起来像是管道出了问题，排水也出了问题，晚上淋浴发出很大的噪音，没有行李员，房间很一般，走廊和门状况不佳。我的门总是卡住，关不上。我去酒吧试过一次，服务很差。不推荐去普莱诺的酒吧。

日期填错了，我晚到了一天。我已经付了31号的房费……然后又在酒店付了1号的房费……真是糟透了。以后我会直接联系酒店……省去中间商的麻烦。
