I had to call the front desk on many different occasions for soap, shampoo, conditioner and clean towels. Our beds were only made once in our whole time there. The front desk tried their best to help but housekeeping ******.

The front of the building entrance was falling down. Apparently the hotel does not have any cameras per the front desk staff. My door handle was stolen and I was told that nothing can be done because they don’t have cameras.

The staff needs to announce their name when answering the phone. The toilet in my room was taking more than one flush as it seemed clogged. It was never fixed during my stay. The positives were that the staff was friendly and my room was clean.

Our door was mishung so badly that light streamed in from the hall. We had to use towels to try and block the light. We had a stained towel and our air conditioner did not cool well. The bed was comfortable. It just felt like an aging property. The front desk was friendly!

我凌晨1点(!!!)才办理入住,等了大概一个小时,因为系统好像坏了,前台那位女士简直无可救药。入住期间,其他员工都很傲慢,除了吧台/柜台的Joanna,她人很好,也很专业。也许有一天,万豪酒店会推出无需“砰”的一声关上/锁门的门,因为客人不会考虑他人的安宁。这样的系统确实存在……
