The gym was closed and being renovated,trying to get in and out of parking lot was like being in a maze.The bathtub was not what i was looking for as we had to step in and out.I had my elderly mother and trying to get her into a bed 3ft off the floor was no fun.Also the room was very small not enough room for 2 people with luggage also no sink in the cubby hole with coffee maker.The tv had limited channels and remote batteries were no good and the remote was not connected to the tv.

I didn’t like that I booked this place thinking it had a hot tub and then got surprised when we got there to see it’s being renovated. Overly priced hotel room for not having a pool/hot tub.

I have stayed at this property while traveling through every year since it opened but this time was terrible. Breakfast now costs 13 dollars. The pool was closed by the health department. The bathtub was rusty. The towels were dingy. Holes in the sheets. Should I continue? Needless to say I will never stay there again.

My stay was very comfortable. I appreciate that EV Charge stations are in the parking lot of this establishment.

Hotel stay
I chose the wrong hotel with no refund. Not worth the price for the condition of this hotel. Old and outdated. I would not recommend. Front desk and breakfast staff excellent customer service.

Leaking window
It was raining the day of arrival. Window was not completely sealed and was leaking. We stepped out for dinner, came back and noticed curtains had dry water stains and the furnace completely wet, and a puddle on the window. Dried the furnace with a towel, and placed it on the window to try minimize the water dripping sound.

poor maintenance. for long time has this place run into the ground. Staff uses the carport for their own private parking. noisy at time from mechanical vibrations

We had 2 rooms, and they both smelled like mildew or something similar. There was also a loud vibrating/buzzing sound that kept me awake at night, probably the water heating system or something but it was bothersome nonetheless.
Also had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk just to check in because there was literally nobody there, which should be the bare minimum. very unprofessional.
