AC, Fan, or Heat did not work and had to wait for another shift worker to come in late at night in order to be moved so very uncomfortable until moved rooms

front staff was awesome, people smoking right outside the side doors not cool, could smell smoke inside hotel from them, no hot water, had to shower in other rooms, front desk tried so hard and they did have people working on the boiler, we thought we were getting hot water it was trying and then nothing.

Breakfast was not great. Didn't taste good. Not even the pancakes tasted like pancakes. The only thing that was decent were the cinnamon rolls, which they probably only had to heat up.

Great Stay
Overall it was a great stay. Great breakfast and service from the staff. Very comfy bed. The only bad thing was that the pool/hot tub was not working or it was under renovation.
