The staff was wonderful. Hot tub was not in use. The room was warm even with turning the thermostat down. The beds are way too soft with springs poking when you move around. Saturday morning the pancake machine was out of order.

Room appeared to be renovated. Quiet. Good size.
Disappointed that the pool was not available.
Breakfast was not so great -- powdered eggs. The Holiday Inn is the most expensive option in Morris and breakfast should reflect that.

Overnight stay approved
Service was very friendly and happy. The breakfast biscuits and gravy were excellent, not dried out like many others. But the room had a broken privacy shade that had no strings to open it,and clearly hadn’t been opened in a long time as there was a big spider web between it and the window. Nice bed, clean room otherwise.
