The staff was incruduble. We were able to check in early, which was great after for traveling for several hours and in heavy traffic. The hotel was as advertised. It had a very convenient kitcenette with a full-size fidge. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was awesome. This location was perfect for all the places we visisted during our stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Since it was Halloween week, they also put out a bowl with candy! My room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

1. 误报火警 + 未经允许擅自进入房间
午夜时分，火警警报响起，我们以为真的着火了，于是撤离了房间。第二天早上，三名男子敲门后未经允许就直接进入了我们的房间，声称需要“快速检查”。他们检查了房间，包括卫生间，然后没有任何解释或道歉就离开了。这种行为让我们感觉受到了侵犯，而且非常不专业。
2. 酒店内出现持械人员
在我们入住的最后一晚，我们看到一名陌生男子在大厅徘徊。一名保安过来告诉我们，他带着一把砍刀，并指给我们看地上的那把刀。在我们和她交谈时，那名男子突然走出大楼，快步朝我们走来。我们担心他要掏出砍刀，赶紧跑回车里。之后，警察和医护人员将他逮捕。
总的来说，这次入住体验远未达到我们对安全和安心的基本预期。前台的女士们服务态度很好，但我们不会再入住这家酒店。事后，我多次联系索内斯塔酒店，但始终没有收到回复。
这家酒店需要好好整修一番。照片和实际房间完全不一样。而且办理入住的地方一股难闻的湿狗味。我们到得很晚，本来想好好休息，结果早上五点半或六点左右，前台接待员就开始大声聊天，声音大得惊人。我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。房间里的空调坏了。洗碗机里都是脏碗碟。谢天谢地我们只住了一晚。我强烈不推荐这家酒店。
梅根非常乐于助人。员工热情友好。房间干净整洁。是个不错的住宿选择！
我认为既然我们已经支付了住宿费，就不应该再额外收取停车费。
