All around a good experience. Shower was hard to turn on. The faucet handle came off in my hand. The Laundry facility was super handy. Breakfast was awesome.

For the property being as old as it is, it is still very well maintained and very clean. Of all the Holiday Inn properties I have stayed in, this one has to be in the top three.
It is very close to dining and entertainment options. It's also easy on and easy off from the interstate.
This Holiday Inn is highly recommended.

Friendly front desk staff. HVAC was good -- steady fan white noise drowned out hallway noise (we chose to stay on 1st floor).

Horrible water pressure. Scratching and tapping in walls from rodents kept my husband and myself up all night…not in a good way either

Most plugs didn't work in room, no smoke detecor just bare wires, toilet seat was loose and almost falling off.

They lie to get your business
Hotel lied about amenity access when I called before making the reservation. On site after check in they said the hot tub had been closed for weeks, after the receptionist initially said he didn’t have any information and that it was a maintenance question. Will be seeking a refund.

Property is very nice and clean. The only downside to our room was the pull out sofa bed. DON'T get that!! It is horrible!! Other than that, great stay.
