The staff was very helpful & friendly. The accommodations were spacious, clean, & linens were very soft. This visit was one of the very best experienced in over 50 yrs staying in temporary lodgings.

Nice employees, unfortunately my room didn’t have hair dryer but they got one for the next day. There were fresh flowers in vases but water had not been changed in days thus murky bad impression! I did speak to employee and desk and it was immediately taken care! Sometimes it is the little things. I normally done voice but if it my hotel I wouldn’t to know especially since it’s a simple fix at no cost!!

Everything was good from the room to the breakfast however when we came to check in for the check-in time of 3 pm the concierge person said our king room was not ready because they were very busy the night before. This is a hotel business that should have the staff to have the rooms ready by the check-in time for the next customers. We should not have to wait to check in. She ended up finding a room later but the unpleasantness if check-in was not what we were expecting.

Not the quality you would expect from a Hampton. Has not been updated in the rooms. Beds not comfortable along with poor bedspreads! The quality of personnel do not look professional.
I would NOT recommend this particular Hampton!!!!

Rooms felt older. They also felt very damp. Carpet felt wet and in the morning after we woke up everything felt damp in the room.
