Terrible experience, smells bad, not even towels I will never come back again and for sure I wouldn't recommend this place.

This was by far the worst travel experience I've ever had. The place was filthy dirty. Customer service was terrible. A COMPLETE FAIL!!

The beds were comfortable the hall and room smelled horrible. It was if the floors and hard surfaces had not been cleaned since the hotel opened. We went to a local CVS and purchased cleaning products just to stomach the smell.

Awesome
Amazing stay front office was very nice both day and night. Asked to use a vaccum to clean up after my autistic child to which the gladly helped me out with. 10/10

泳池加热器坏了,所以我们没法用,这也是我们选择这家酒店的原因。退房时,我的两张信用卡都被拒付了。因为我不会说西班牙语,前台也解释不了原因。虽然卡里的信息都有效,但我还是打电话给银行确认没有问题。这件事给我的旅行预算造成了一些麻烦。不过,这两张卡在其他商店都能正常使用。
酒店没有游泳池,走廊里有蟑螂,早餐非常差,而且种类不多,清洁人员效率低下。
浴室和浴缸里的勺子状况很糟糕。
