Rooms/Doors outside! This was not mentioned on listing. A homeless man slept up against our door. We were scared the entire evening.

We needed to find a place last minute in the Dallas area and ended up at this cozy hotel. While it’s not a five-star establishment, it was surprisingly spacious and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast and has paid parking available. The guest services were excellent, and the lobby had a pleasant and clean smell.

My brother was at the hospital down the street fighting for his life. We booked this location not knowing anything about Sonesta and the staff was just fantastic. The ladies were kind and courteous. This was actually 2 and 1/2 years ago. I don't know if they are still there, but if so, they deserve acknowledgment.

Sonesta extended-stay suites is close to the UT Southwestern medical Center and Love Field. One thing we found disturbing was that they charge between $15-35 for early check-in even if the room is ready. So don’t come in before 4 PM or you will be penalized. Also, don’t look for a place to eat nearby because there is nothing close. That said, we found the staff friendly and helpful. They offer a free breakfast and they have snacks for purchase at the front desk. The complex consist of nine buildings with apartments. Our room was a king size bed, living TV room, kitchen with one pot and one pan, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a broken dishwasher. There was also a separate bathroom with tub. Amenities include a small fitness room and outdoor swimming pool, and a half basketball court.

My husband and I had doctor's appointments at UT Southwestern Medical Center and decided to stay closer than we had on a previous visit. I am so happy to have found this hotel. Excellent staff. Nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Perfect location. Our appointment was extremely early so we did not get to try the breakfast but plan to do so on our next visit to the doctors.

Brad and Chelsey have been amazing. Brad saw kids including mine outside in the pool and brought them Popsicles. The kids loved that. Brad went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and the kitchen is a good size.

The rooms were great comfortable beds having a kitchen very helpful the ac is great especially for that Texas heat I loved that it was close to transportation stops I utilized public while there.Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous. Love the different options for breakfast. The icing in the cake Brad and Kiki(sorry if spelled wrong) were great staff very accommodating and make you want to return so if I ever visit Dallas I will definitely stay again.

第一天晚上我醒来时发现自己身上长满了红色的小痒痒的肿块。我寻找床单，但什么也没找到。我发现床单上似乎有血迹，被子被床单遮住了。我告诉前台经理，她说她会换掉所有的床单。晚上 8 点 30 分左右回到房间，拉开床单检查发现床单只是被翻过来了，所以血迹现在被遮住了。我告诉了经理，她给了我们一些新床单铺在床上。我自己从来没有看到过床单，但我的整个躯干上都是红色的痒痒的咬痕。我询问了报销事宜，他们免费报销了三天的停车费，总共 30 美元。我在这家酒店住了一晚，比我想要的要多，希望这次“挥霍”能物有所值，但事实上并没有。我会记住这次旅行至少一周，直到这些咬痕消失，我不再发痒！
