The staff was very good and very helpful, decent and polite but this place needs complete real renovation. It's not the staffs fault but I do not see myself going there ever again.

酒店非常干净，房间整洁舒适安静，早餐也很不错，前台办理入住速度超快，服务很不错。酒店周边有沃尔玛等购物餐饮都方便，非常满意！

酒店非常干净。我们的房间里有一张特大号床、一个迷你冰箱和一个非常干净的浴室。当时酒店举办了很多活动，有很多青少年参加，他们把我们安排在了房间的最里面，所以我们完全没听到任何人的喧闹声。我们睡得很好。早餐种类丰富，有各种谷物、鸡蛋、香肠、薯饼、水果、酸奶等等，在一个繁忙的地方能吃到这么多的早餐已经很不错了。如果需要的话，我们会再次入住这家酒店。
我在那里住了两晚，付了四晚的房费。我选择了全额退款选项，但至今仍未收到退款。酒店工作人员说他们这边已经处理完毕，剩下的部分由*******处理。这是我第一次预订这家酒店，但对*******的服务很不满意。
房间非常不干净！从地板到窗户都脏兮兮的。房间与描述不符，绝对不是能住5个人的房间。我们不得不另找一张床，而且枕头简直糟糕透了！又小又旧，对折着。距离卡尔加里还有45分钟车程。工作人员倒是挺友好的。
