酒店回复: Thank you, Colby, for giving us feedback on your stay. Summers here can be brutal, and we do work on keeping our AC units working to peak capacity. We are due for some room upgrades in the near future and will be looking at the sofa beds in the meantime to see if there is opportunity to improve. We pride ourselves in keeping the hotel clean and our staff friendly, should you have another opportunity to stay with us again, please mention your challenges with this stay. We will look to assign you to a different room and let you experience a our hotel in a different light.

Cleaning ladies refused to clean the room. They would only come in and make the bed and not touch anything else. Stayed there for 6 nights and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned once.

Front counter person was great. She’s like 19-years old, I didn’t get her name. She was very friendly and caring. I sat in the lobby sadly, and she brought me a cup of ice water. She said ‘if you need anything let me know’. She was there to do her job but she went beyond her job of duty to help me. The rooms were very cleaned. I will stay there again.

Good clean hotel
The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was very dark. The lightbulbs provided very very dim lighting. Made it difficult to see well in the room. The surrounding area is very quiet.

前台工作人员非常友好。泳池里满是泥土和树叶。我去用热水浴缸，结果浴缸里也满是沙子和树叶。非常令人失望。我选择这家酒店是因为它有热水浴缸……所以当我们无法泡澡时，我很沮丧。床睡得还行。浴室可以翻新一下，马桶也可以更干净一些。总而言之……我不会推荐这家酒店，我自己也不会住在这里。
住了 2 晚。客房服务人员从未出现，没有留下干净的毛巾或打扫房间。打电话给前台，如果我们想要毛巾，就必须去前台拿，他们的服务非常差。电视只能看黑白两色。
网络坏了，员工很粗鲁。我被要求支付停车费，我从来没有在希尔顿支付过停车费和早餐费，也没有客房服务，所以我下楼去拿毛巾。我再也不会住在那里了。
