we came for a one night get away. we love the appetizer hour, the bartender is excellent, the pool was nicely heated this trip. it has been cold in the past.
the rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, a coffee maker grade would be nice. breakfast is OUTSTANDING. fresh, tasty, never runs out, made to order station is exactly that. there are no complaints

Me and my family stayed a total of 3 days and everything was perfect except for one day. The water was shut off in the building for maintenance which caused us not to be able to get in the pool during our stay. The children were not happy about that. Other than that it was perfect. The staff was amazing, housekeeping cleaned the room every single day, and they gave complimentary waters and drinks from the bar. Overall experience was an 8/10

The lobby and bar area are very nice and well-kept. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The parking convenience was GREAT. The room, however, was a different story. When we walked in, the windows were wide open with the curtains blowing in both the sitting area of the suite and the bedroom. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which we quickly suspected was why the windows were left open. The footstool in the suite had what appeared to be dried vomit on it. One of the dresser drawers had holes through it like someone had tried kicking it in. After all this, we just felt like the rest of the room was unclean. We decided not to say anything since our stay was for one night and the hotel was full. Will not stay there again.

The room was nice,& clean. The breakfast was not great( bacon was not cooked well, pancakes were bland), we were one of the first down to breakfast and the carpet was very dirty from the night before. Checkout time was 11:00 and we had someone beating on our door continually till we answered at 9:45 wanting to know when we were leaving. I'm not saying they knocked and even waited, she knocked and continued knocking for a minute and a half straight till I answered

Our room 423 door had a very loud squeak but nothing a spray of WD40 wouldn’t fix.

房间设施陈旧，而且有股闷热的气味。最大的问题是我们在床垫套侧面发现了污渍。我用谷歌搜索了一下，结果说可能是臭虫。这让我毛骨悚然，所以我们很早就离开了。
