As this was an external issue, it was beyond the hotel's control.Due to the loss of electricity, our kitchen staff was unable to prepare hot breakfast items, as our ovens and food warmers are powered electrically. However, our breakfast attendant made every effort to accommodate guests by offering alternative options such as cereal, milk, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. We appreciate your understanding and patience in light of these unforeseen circumstances.

酒店地理位置优越，干净且安静。早餐不如以往的希尔顿欢朋酒店丰盛（没有水果）。部分员工在早餐时段服务不够周到。
哇，这简直不配叫希尔顿欢朋酒店！！我换了五次房间！！因为房间不干净，床单没换，只是随便整理了一下！我真替唯一在岗的员工感到难过。她检查了三楼的大部分房间，发现它们都一样不干净。显然需要招聘新员工了！

这家酒店坐落在一个安静的街区。
