Staff lacking. During check in we waited at the front for someone to show up. Knocked on door behind front desk. Finally, had to go look for someone so we could check in.

Not a nice hotel

There’s a review about a staff member named Vanessa, and honestly, I have to agree—she came off as a bit rude and seemed uninterested in her job. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean either. I stayed in a room with a kitchen, and there were food crumbs all over the table, chairs, and floor. The spoons in the kitchen even had food stains on them, like they hadn’t been properly washed. When I first checked in, they gave me the wrong room, but to their credit, they fixed it right away when I told them. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel didn’t feel very safe there were ********** all around, and the whole neighborhood seemed pretty rough. I’d recommend finding a better hotel in a nicer area.

This was a great stay and Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond- loved the breakfast and the chef as very nice- overall, a wonderful stay and I’ll be back next time in Houston!

Upon arrival room was clean. But air conditioning was leaking, maids didn’t clean 2nd day, and we only had 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days! Front desk was very helpful.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to say that the manager, Kevin Pereira, is absolutely fantastic. Not only does he greet you warmly every morning, but if you need anything, he's always there to help. He made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Houston!
