Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I showed up at 11am very sick and he arranged for me check in early instead of waiting until 3:00. He gave me water and even called to check on me later in the day. Breakfast was really good and my room was clean. I would stay here again.

Kevin is one of the most professional front desk agents I have ever encountered. I have stayed at many Hilton and Marriott properties worldwide, and not all experiences are the same.Kevin stands out among the very best. His communication skills are exceptional; his accent added both clarity and charm, making every interaction effortless and welcoming. During my stay, I personally witnessed Kevin handle a difficult situation. Throughout the interaction, he remained calm, polite, empathetic, and highly professional, demonstrating exactly what the Hilton brand represents. His ability to de-escalate while maintaining genuine care and respect was impressive and inspiring. Having traveled extensively, it is rare to encounter someone who leaves such a lasting impression. Kevin is exceptional and would be an outstanding trainer and role model for Hilton staff worldwide. Please extend my sincere appreciation and recognition to Kevin for his excellent work. Location was easy to find and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My kids loved it. We were there celebrating the my husband graduating from college and the staff found out and wrote a congratulations card for him.

Kevin is the true masterpiece of Hampton. I had read countless positive reviews about him, and meeting him confirmed every one of them. His warm personality, magical smile, and exceptional communication make every guest feel valued. His global experience from the UAE, UK, and Europe shows in the way he manages people with professionalism and heart. Hampton is lucky to have someone so overqualified and dedicated.

We have had a strange extended stay due to unforeseen circumstances in transportation. Thankfully we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites at Cypress Station in Houston because the staff here have been extremely helpful and kind. Vanessa made our check-in process a friendly breeze and Kevin, the manager, has extended us a warm welcome and been accommodating as we have had to change our plans. Breakfast is the best with the tasty spread provided by the lovely Yanitza, with her warm smile and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff are attentive and thorough, they welcome our two canine traveling companions without a fuss. The room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. We have been able to do our laundry in a clean laundry room. And the pool and fitness room have kept us somewhat active during this unanticipated forced waiting period. We could have ended up anywhere, but sure are grateful we ended up here in comfort and friendliness.

First of all, the staff was extremely supportive and helpful. Kevin & Vanessa were wonderful, warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well kept. The morning complimentary breakfast was fantastic! This is why when we travel, we ONLY STAY @ HAMPTON INN

I had a 5 star experience at this Hotel. The check in process was great. I arrived on Halloween night. The location of the hotel is in a very safe area and well lit. I traveled as a single female and I felt very safe unpacking my luggage and going inside. There was a lot of parking area. I immediately noticed how clean this hotel was. Everything was in order and spotless. I was greeted by Vanessa who was very warm, friendly and inviting. She greeted me and thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member. She presented to me my goody bag and told me to let her know if I needed anything. Then she showed me the Halloween goody table that was set up for guest. So many sweet treats on the table. I grabbed some snacks and some delicious infused water and headed on to my room. Upon arriving in my room, I noticed how fresh the room smelled. It was very clean and spacious. I did my own inspection of the room and I did not find anything wrong with the room. I unpacked and took a shower in the very spacious shower. The ware was nice and hot and exactly how I love it. After cleaning up, I jumped in bed and watched TV. I was so tired from a 4 hour drive. I fell asleep. I woke up at 5:30 AM. I slept throughout the night. The room was nice and cold. I woke up and went down to eat the FREE hot breakfast. Once downstairs, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Kevin. He had a big smile on his face. He was so warm and friendly. I appreciated him saying,"Good morning" to me and asking me how I was doing and did I need anything. The breakfast area so nice and clean. The breakfast staff working in the breakfast area were so nice. The breakfast eating area was cozy and calming. I felt like I was at home. I watched a movie on my IPad while i ate breakfast. I ate everything that was in the breakfast area and everything was so delicious. I ate until I was full. Everything was hot and delicious. I went back up and decided to take a nap before venturing out. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't wake up until 12:30 PM!!!!! OMG!!!! That's just how comfortable the bed was. The floors were so quiet. NOTHING woke me up. I didn't even hear housekeeping going from room to room. NO NOISE AT ALL !!! I felt so relaxed when I woke up. I got dressed and started my day. This hotel has an inside pool. The pool area was so nice. As I was leaving out, Mr. Kevin greeted me again. The hotel grounds are beautiful. This is a well taken care of property. This hotel is located in an area that is VERY close to many stores. There was a Kroger, Dollar Tree, Ross, gas stations and restaurants. It's also walking distance if you want to get your steps in. VERY safe location to walk if you want to. Everywhere I wanted to go was less than 3 miles away. This location is VERY convenient. I stayed 2 nights. The entire weekend at this hotel was 5 star. I have NO complaints about my stay. I did not have any issues or problems during my stay. The staff went above and beyond

Bed was comfy, rooms clean and adequate. Area not the best but I felt safe traveling alone as a woman; they have security patrolling at night outdoors. Very quiet too.
