I stay in a lot of hotels and this is by far the worst one I have ever been at. I will never stay here again. Horrible staff.

Horrible place to stay! Curtains had huge holes in them and the beds were off the bedframes. Mattress filthy and old, soiled and stained. No hot water. Coffee not good. Food items for microwave high priced. Place is more like a halfway house for drugies. No staff on duty at night. No security. Doors not framed properly. Not clean. Manangement by the name of Christopher Lewis not concerned and just blamed IHG

From our first impression at the entrance to the moment we checked out of the hotel, everything was a disappointment. The front doors of the hotel are locked and require a key access after 7:00pm every night. We arrived around 8:30 and had to wait for the desk agent to see us before the doors would open. The agent who checked us in acted as though we were just there to scam the hotel. The room itself appeared not to have been updated since it was built. Cleanliness was not a priority and there signs of recent drywall work all over the bathroom. White chips and dust covered the bracket for the communal amentities in the shower and on the floor. The towels were thin, frayed, and of different styles. There were no towels for the kitchen area. The garbage disposal in the kitchen area was not functional. The hair dryer on the wall did not work and I had to find a housekeeper to get another one as I was hurrying to get to a meeting. A message on the TV screen informed me that the batteries in the remote should be replaced. The fitness room was very hot, and the televisions were not operational. Although there was high demand for the fitness center there were only three pieces of cardio equipment. The connected laundry room made the fitness center even more hot and humid.

I booked online for 2 queen beds and when I got to the hotel they gave me 1 bed with sofa bed.
