Stay itself was good. At check in you have a person in training keeping asking for my ID and apologizing but when I ask what's the problem you state nothing to everything is fine. Why would the trainer leave the trainee and you see someone checking in. There was no hot water in my room from the sink to the shower.

Check-in staff member was amazing!! Great size rooms and very clean/comfortable.
这是我第一次入住 Candlewood Suites。一走进大楼，我就有种家的感觉。这里非常干净。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我整个入住期间都享受着夜晚的宁静。我会向那些想以非常合理的价格找到好住处的顾客推荐这个地方。
酒店后面的区域没有打理。房间里有股陈旧的烟味，走廊里有股下水道的味道，好像那层楼的管道可能堵塞了。酒店只有一辆行李车。我以为 Candlewood 酒店会是一个更好的住宿地点 :(
我们换了另一间无障碍客房，淋浴喷头需要更换，因为水压太小。房间的其他部分都很好，是的，我会再次预订这里。
我觉得这个区域不安全，在酒店里有人追上了我，开始和我说话，然后向我要钱
我们住得不错。我丈夫、女儿和我都住得很愉快。服务和清洁度都很棒。
