Where do I begin. UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE!
1. We checked in and the power was out. Stayed 2 hours in a room with no AC but had no choice because we needed to use the room to get ready. Showed up to our event sweaty and couldn’t shower.
2. Because the power was out, we didn’t get room keys for the first day of our trip. Every time we came back in, the front desk had to walk us upstairs along with other guests. We were left in an elevator to wait for the woman to return with a creepy man who were harassing me and my friend. We couldn’t leave because we needed to be let into our room. UNSAFE.
3. The hotel was unstaffed at many times it should’ve been. We couldn’t order food from the restaurants and coffee bar. What good is that if there’s NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE in the rooms?
4. The staff kept me on hold for 40 minutes when I tried to call about an issue with our room, only for her to hang up and not answer again after being on hold for 40 minutes.
This hotel is a headache, not up to any standard of living, and is unsafe for travelers. And no discount or refund was issued for our many inconveniences. BEWARE AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
P.S. we googled the hotel and a little girl recently was KILLED in the pool. no wonder this place has bad vibes.

酒店回复: Thank you Daniel for your honest review. Some things are beyond our control when nature is taking its course such as the terrible weather we experienced. We do regret our property did not exceed your expectations during your time with us.
看着好像是农村风情装修，走土豪风，房间还是挺大，我那个房间没有冰箱，早饭略贵，不建议购买，地理位置还算可以。
网上看是24年新酒店，实际探店其实不是这回事，应该是翻新过而已，服务一般，大堂没有咖啡和水提供，只有付费的，早餐也是付费但不建议，因为开车到附近歺厅吃更丰富多样，卫生都算可以，如果想安静一点不要选靠高速路边的房间。还有停车每晚10刀是必须消费的，因为附近你根本没有选择了。

我和三个月大的儿子被困在暴风雨中。工作人员一边吃零食一边喝着卖的水，既不关心也不照顾客人。他们只有发电机提供应急照明，而且一半的应急灯都坏了！！！暴风雨来临之前，我们房间的空调就坏了，空调机漏水，房间里铺着地毯，所以弥漫着霉味。
我对这家酒店非常失望。我原本非常期待入住这里。结果我到达时酒店停电了，我根本无法入住，只好去了另一家酒店。我通过*******申请了退款，但他们联系不上酒店。我打电话给希尔顿逸林酒店，经理莫妮克告诉我她已经批准了退款。之后我又多次尝试联系*******，但他们仍然拒绝退款。为了拿回我的钱，我竟然要经历这么多麻烦，真是令人沮丧。我已经尽力了，我到了酒店，结果发现停电了，现在我却要费这么大劲才能拿回我的钱。
说真的，千万别住这家酒店。泳池坏了，酒店紧挨着高速公路，吵得要命，电视机也时好时坏，热水供应也不够。唯一值得称赞的就是工作人员很热情。
因为暴风雨造成的损坏，他们把我拒之门外。他们从未通知我，现在也不接我的电话，所以我拿不到退款。*******和这家酒店都糟透了。
首先，泳池区域关闭了，制冰机也坏了，停车费每天要10美元。不过，工作人员非常友好。
