Waited 2 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick us back up from the airport traffic was really light was not an excuse we called him he told us 30 minutes then we called back 45 minutes later he told me I’d be there in 10 minutes this went on back-and-forth for 2 1/2 hours he never picked us up ended up taking a cab back to the Hotel paid it out of pocket won’t expense it took us 13 minutes to get back to the hotel I was watching traffic the whole time yes it was a little busy but not enough to have it that far of a delay the trip back to the hotel super fast with the taxi 13 minutes so yes I would understand if it might’ve took a little bit longer to come and get us but 2 1/2 hours and Steel never picked us up after we picked our car up we still never received a phone call that they were looking for us I don’t think they ever planned on picking us up if you use this service just know that you might have to get a ride back on your own And if you’re OK with that’s fine the hotel is in very bad shape and this repair there is way better options out there that shuttle back-and-forth and have parking for the same price buyers beware

It is obvious why this was the hotel with availability after Delta canceled our flight and gave us vouchers. The mildew smell is overpowering. The lobby is dark. The lift is dingy. This is the ice machine on the second floor. Yuck! Front desk person was helpful and volunteered shuttle information for early morning flight.

What a dump of a hotel. I cannot believe United would even consider putting a Premier Member in such a dump of a hotel. Got to Houston and United cancelled my flight to my final destination. Put me up in this nasty, stinking dump of a hotel. People are rude, shuttle drive has not had a shower or deodorant in a few days OMG. I knew I was in trouble soon has I got on the shuttle at IAH. If I was not so tired and being so late I would have left immediately. I wrote a very poor review to United also. Just unbelievable… OMG NO FOOD OPTIONS AT ALL AND NO RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE. Should close down and demolish this nasty stinking dump of a hotel. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

This is one of the best hotels I been to in Houston texas area good food friendly service Susie was my favorite very helpful housekeeping cooks restaurant staff was amazing I didn’t have to worry about someone breaking into our vehicle they had a patrol office in the parking lot 24 hours we will be back to this location especially to meet Susie again at the grunt desk

This is one of the hotels United Airlines uses, and we were referred to there when our flight was delayed overnight. Upon entering the hotel, we noticed a stench. We thought it was just something in the entryway. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Our room also had the same bad, damp, musty smell. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. The combination of the uncomfortable bed and the bad smell resulted in a night of no sleep. The only good thing about this hotel was the gentleman who was working that night. He was pleasant and helpful.

United Airlines gave a voucher to stay here because our flight to Buenos Aires was delayed about 15 hours. This hotel was absolutely awful! We did not arrive until after midnight. We checked in and our room was disgusting. Obviously the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was plaster on our carpet, probably due to a water leak above. The entire hotel smelled musty from the moment we walked in. The guy at the counter was less than friendly. We should have traveled to another hotel because there are many other better choices that are closer to the airport. Since it was 3:00 AM when we finally laid down, we made the best of our situation but DO NOT GO THERE!

BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY. During a recent flight cancellation we were sent here by United. The hotel has a unique smell not pleasant. They do not provide breakfast. The shuttle runs are optional for them, if their driver shows up. We were stuck in the elevator for more than an hour. I had to call the fire department to get us out of the elevator. The Fire Department said it was the 4th time they had been there to get people out of the elevator. The ownership/ management team didn't even apologize. Others who were also on our flight tried to get on the shuttle in the morning. The driver didn't show up and they had to take lyft.
