糟糕的经历
我女儿的卡车被撬了。东西被盗，包括PlayStation游戏机、衣服、鞋子和冰箱。酒店工作人员一点同情心都没有，也没提供任何帮助。我们不得不自己报了警。当时我们在顶楼取东西，看到一辆卡车开走，后面还放着我们的冰箱，我们就录了下来，并要求他们查看摄像头，但他们拒绝了。他们说他们无法查看摄像头，实际上说摄像头拍不到卡车所在的停车位。卡车的停车位就在酒店门前，所以这很可疑。
