Drive in and parked, came in had to go back to car to put orange parking pass in window....sign upon entry should say check in at Desk and get parking pass then you will charged $12 a day....not a big deal for able bodied people but the last thing I wanted to do at 9pm walking with two canes and a backpack

The hotel is close to MD Anderson and they get a lot of out of town patients. The shuttle is definitely a plus. The staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is super clean which for cancer patients is priority. I highly recommend this property to any MD Anderson patient and to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for everything!!! We will be back soon.

酒店、客房，尤其是员工都很好。唯一真正的问题是只有一部电梯可以使用，另一部坏了。
等待时间漫长，很多客人都不得不爬楼梯。夏天爬到五楼还没有空调，这可真不是件愉快的事。
设施有些老旧，好像床上有虫子，被咬了。早餐还可以
浴室不太好，五金件生锈，马桶座圈上有很多污渍，房间周围的地毯上也没有污渍。
很棒的酒店，宽敞，而且离 NRG 很近
房间不是每天打扫的。
