The staff were outstanding; friendly, engaging, and courteous. They take customer service seriously and are attentive to the customer’s needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Middle of the night evacuations
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Guests were scared and couldn’t. Eventually after more than 30 minutes of the blasting alarm and guests standing in the hallway in pajamas, firefighters came and asked guests to evacuate. The staff was not present to provide information. It was very scary. Staff could have made an attempt to provide information or clarification.
